How do I set the code when I first get it?
1.Turn the dials to the correct combination.(0-0-0)
2. Press down the button by a tool, set the new combination (e.g.:8-8-8), then pull the square part.
3. Lock the case again, and now you can open the lock with the new combination.
How to use the charging port?
1. Unzip the front pocket and find the cable inside.
2. Charge it with a power bank. (The USB input only works for USB output)
3. Open the outside charge port and connect it with a cable, then connect it to your phone.
Why is there no zipper pull on the interior liner zipper of the suitcase?
The absence of zipper pulls on the interior of the luggage is a deliberate design choice.
This is to prevent any potential scratching or damage to your item.
Why wasn’t a key included with the luggage I received?
LUGGEX luggage features a convenient TSA lock, allowing you to secure your suitcase with a PIN code.
Please note that we do not provide a key for this lock, as keys for customs locks are exclusively for official use by customs officials.
