Troubleshooting Guide

· No Signal on One Side of the Expansion Screen If, after connecting the Type-C cable, one side of the expansion screen displays “No Signal,” it means that your laptop’s Type-C port only supports power supply. In this case, you will need to connect an HDMI cable directly to the monitor to provide it with video signals. This means that one side of the screen will require two cables for connection.

· Power Saving Mode Reminder/Screen Flashing/Black Screen If your screen shows a power-saving mode reminder, flashes, or goes black, it may indicate that your laptop does not have sufficient power or voltage to support three screens working simultaneously. Please connect an external 5V/2A power adapter to supply additional power to your laptop.

· MacBook with M1/M2/M3 Chips If your MacBook uses the M1/M2/M3 chips, these chips can only support two screens being lit up at the same time (including the laptop screen). To resolve this display limitation, you will need a port docking station. For example, the H5-T cable (B0D2KF8J2M) can help. (If your laptop lacks a video-out port, this H5-T cable can also convert a USB-A port or a non-functional Type-C port into a port with video-out capability.)
